Patient: Audrey E. Cody
DOB: 02/10/1969
IMPRESSION:
1. There is 10 mm maximim dimension cluster of small vessels present along the right ventral portion of the spinal cord at the C2-3 level. This is most likely in the perimedullary space. Supply to the cluster is from the immediately adjacent C2-3 level radicular branch. Drainage is into the adjacent ventral median spinal vein. The history suggests that this is an atreriovenous fistula that has enlarged the pial venous network along the surface of the cord. However, given the angiographic appearance, a small arteriovenous malformation can not be excluded. Flow through this lesion is slow to moderately fast.
2. There is a 1 - 1.5 mm maximum dimension broad based aneurysm present along the medial aspect of the terminal cavernous left internal carotid artery. This is most likely extradural.
3. Aberrant right subclavian artery.
